1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about ForgeLane Automation, create a temporary website preview, request a review, or submit a project inquiry. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, or impersonate another person or business.
2. Previews are drafts, not published websites
Interactive previews may combine content you select with sample layouts and draft copy. A preview is illustrative and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Services, hours, prices, credentials, reviews, performance claims, and other business facts must be confirmed by the business owner before publication.
Creating or submitting a preview does not purchase a website, reserve a launch date, or require ForgeLane to accept a project. Scope, price, timing, deliverables, revisions, third-party costs, ownership, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in a separate written agreement.
3. Your content and account authority
You may connect or submit only accounts and content that you own, manage, or are authorized to use for the relevant business. You remain responsible for rights involving people, music, logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, customer information, and other material you select.
You give ForgeLane a limited permission to process the content you select only to create, review, and respond about the requested preview or project. If you submit a Quick Launch request, the selected-item details and source links may be saved with that request even after the temporary platform connection is removed. Nothing is published for a client without the approval required by the applicable project agreement.
4. Social platforms and other third-party services
If you choose an owner-authorized social preview, you sign in directly with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and decide whether to grant the requested read-only permissions. Instagram connections support professional Business or Creator accounts, Facebook connections support Pages you are authorized to manage, and TikTok connections support your authorized account's public videos. ForgeLane does not receive your platform password and does not use these preview connections to post, message, or modify your account.
The preview may use an authorized account biography and text from posts you select to assemble editable website copy. This is unverified draft content, not a guarantee that every statement is current or suitable for publication. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the business name, services, claims, prices, hours, and other facts before launch.
Personal Instagram and Facebook profiles are not imported through these connections. You may instead submit specific public post links for manual review or provide original files you are authorized to use. ForgeLane does not scrape personal profiles, and private-profile content is not available through this route.
You may disconnect and delete temporary imported account data through the preview. Disconnecting does not automatically delete a Quick Launch intake you already submitted; eligible intake-deletion requests may be made under the Privacy Policy.
Provider-hosted content remains subject to the applicable platform's terms, availability, permissions, and technical limits. ForgeLane is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or TikTok. Other hosting, domain, payment, booking, communications, AI, or software providers may have separate terms and charges.
5. No guaranteed business result
ForgeLane does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, savings, uptime, provider approval, or any other business result. The public website and preview tools are provided on an as-available basis. Material decisions and final business claims remain subject to human review.
6. Privacy, changes, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains how ForgeLane handles information received through the site. ForgeLane may update these terms when the website, services, or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means the current version applies to that use.
